Refund policy

We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 15 days after the purchase. Bottomlow.com orders have to be returned by mail. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  “Do Not Remove” tags, tag have to be still attached for refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove the tag.
